If you disassemble the exhaust hanger, take the 13mm nuts off that hold the rubber part to the mount and turn it around you can then bolt the hanger up backwards. In order to make this work you have to cut your heat shield a bit but you have to do this anyhow. I put this bumper on my 99 yesterday.
