So Justin/freerider and I partnered on this one for a flip. Guy was a flake and several of us had messaged him without response, so I messaged him and he responded to me. Zipped down after my closing on my refi, and checked it out, he thinks it needs a motor and it wouldn't start, so I am assuming the worst and will be rebuilding a motor for it.

Plan is to put a new motor in, do some maintenance, some cleanup, put a set of JK tires/wheels on it, and then resell.

well shoot, now that would be a perfect winter beater back over here.

Man, doing work on mine lately...I'm done w/ it, taking it to a mechanic to see if he can figure out what the deal is.

Ok I dropped off the engine that I tore down on Friday night at the machine shop today. Guy working there was new so he took a sheet for my order, but said he would have his boss call me. So I still need to talk to them a little about what I want done, but at least I got it there.
