So I've been off the Rubicon for about a week, had to get caught up with stuff. The trip was awesome. Weather was perfect. 70 or so during the day, 40's at night. The last night dipped into the 30's as a cold front was moving in, so we got out just in time before it turned. On our way down we hit a lot of thunder storms, made us question whether or not we were going to take the tops off or not, but in the end we did and the weather cleared up.

The TJ in our group had a front U-joint lose its retaining clip, and the cap started to back out. So I tack welded that in place at camp the first night. White JK had minor steering issues with the tie rod rotating downward...simple fix with loosening everything and re-tightening once back in place. Not bad at all for this trip, I'll take easy fixes like that any day.
