I'm surprised you don't have a bead roller to put a nice rolled edge on the charge pipes.

You might need to look into actual clamps and not boots.

15 psi cruising seems, out of whack, to me. If you're cruising with little to no load I don't think you be seeing much boost. Accelerating is different.

I thought the 2005 model year was still a fixed geometry turbo, but to be honest I can't recall if they made that change before the 6.7 or not.

I didn't think a turbo that spooled faster and made...

I want to give the Impala the soapy quad-zero SOS pad treatment and a buff. That will be next Spring though, she's about to go into the barn for the winter.

Yeah the 37's look great. I'd love to do 37's on my truck someday...I think it needs the 4.30 gear option for that though.

Only down side (for me) is the hit to fuel economy and tire replacement...
