HELLO THEIR, I WAS WORNDERING HOW THE BIAS IROKS ARE ON THE ROAD??? I HAVE A 94 CKEROKEE WITH 8″ ROCK KRAWLER LIFT. AND ALSO WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE SUSPENSION TO FIT THE IROKS ON BIG RED???? THANK YOU VERY MUCH: PETER CARSUO JR
Just wanted to know what dose the durango stering box dose for you
The Durango steering box gives you a bit more power, and it’s a bit quicker lock to lock.
So, I gave a 96 XJ, alot of the same stuff. 456 gears, 8″ lift, SYE conversion, MORE mounts, alot more. Question, do you have any or alot of vibration when going down the hwy, say 65-70 mph? If yes I am done. If no, then I am going for a new drive shaft, any ideas? Thanks!
which header do you recommend for a 2001? I have been looking everywhere for a Borla header for my XJ but they don’t make them for 2001 🙁
Got a 97 was wondering what gear and liftb and tires size my motor is stroke to 4.6 and running 6 psi of boost so what do u recomend on stock axles..
hi on that red jeep cherokee with the fender flares off what did u use for the rubber covering and where did u buy it
It’s called ProtekoTrim. Got it from DPG Offroad.
hey fellow jeepers, cool site i seen a wicked tail light filler panel on an XJ red in color, pic ofwhich lead me to your site, just wanted to know if this is in production and where i can purchase a pair thanks..
HEY I HAVE A 99XJ WITH 12″ OF LIFT AND 37″ TIRES
IM BUILDING 5.0 STROKER AND WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY UPS OR DOWNS OF RUNNING A TURBO OUT ON THE TRIAL????
In regards to the topic of motor mounts – Brown Dog Offroad offers some spanking replacements, in either rubber or polyurethane, and are reasonably priced. Check em out!
i was wondering about the door armor i tried to look it up put it just sends me to a web address thats no longer availiable. i would really like to get some armor like that do you know where i can find it thanks for your time.
Hey Mike, the company that made the door armor has since closed down. The closest product I’m aware of that’s currently available is the Warrior Products Sideplates. Their kit includes panels for the rocker panels and rear lower quarter panels, but it doesn’t wrap as far up the body.
I am looking at getting a new rear bumper with a tire carrier, and I was wondering if (after your experience and seeing others rear tire carriers) you would buy the C4x4 again or might look at other manufacturers. Do you notice any rattles?
There are a couple of other good options out there for rear bumper systems that weren’t available back when I originally got my C4x4 bumper. That said though I’d absolutely still go with them. Theirs is still IMHO one of the best looking bumpers and the tire carrier is solid, no rattles after over ten years with it.
i have a question. ive been told i got the death wobble. i have a 98 xj, auto, 4.0. i have checked all the usual components. the only thing i can find is my front axle u joints are bad. at about 55 it feels like the whole front end is gonna jump out of its place. and what would be the easiest v8 to drop in a stock xj? ill looking at a 360 right now and need to know how much work i lookin at. thank u.
